Marlene BurkeVice President of Operations, Managing Broker – REALTOR®
Marlene joined Pater Real Estate Management Co., Inc. in June 2019. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Plymouth State College. Marlene has over 20 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management, most recently at Colliers International, and previously at Sovereign Realty Development Corp. Her areas of expertise include building operations and lease administration, tenant retention, crisis management, and lease negotiations. Marlene is a member of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS® and the Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS®. An avid cook, Marlene is also a long-distance runner, having competed in both the Boston and New York Marathons. She enjoys spending time with her family and her rescue dog, Finn. Terry RyanAssociate Broker – REALTOR®
Terry, founder of Pater Real Estate Management Co., Inc., holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Rivier College. Terry has an extensive background in financial management, marketing, contract law, contracting and space planning. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Terry is an active member of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS® serving as Board Treasurer and a member of the Education and Strategic Planning Committees. Terry is also a member of the Commercial Investment Board of REALTORS®, the Greater Derry-Londonderry Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the Finance Committee of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®. Terry was the recipient of the 2008 GSSBR President’s Award. In 2012, Terry Ryan was awarded REALTOR® of the Year from the Granite State South Board of REALTORS®. Kimberly ReaganDirector of Development – Associate Broker – REALTOR®
Kim joined Pater Real Estate Management Co., Inc. in November 2020. Kim has over 20 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management, Leasing, Marketing, and Brokerage; most recently with Carlisle Capital Inc. and R. J. Finlay & Co. Her areas of expertise include marketing, leasing, tenant and broker relations, project management, and leasing negotiations. Kim is an active member of the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors®, the Rotary Club of Nashua West (where she is Second Past President) and a member of the Board of Directors for the NHCIBOR Cares Foundation. She is past Director for the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce, and the Lynda’s Kause Cancer Foundations. Kim was also a two-term appointed member of the Business and Industry Development Authority (BIDA) for the city of Nashua. She has been involved in the community in various other non-profit volunteer positions for more than 30 years. Kim is a Southerner turned New Englander having relocated here from Atlanta Georgia thirty years ago.. Nancy ShermanAssistant Property Manager – Commercial Division – Notary Public
Nancy is the first point of contact for all commercial tenants regarding any building related issues. Nancy has over 17 years of experience in the commercial property management field at Colliers International-NH where her focus was as a Tenant Services Specialist/Assistant Property Manager. She recently joined Pater Real Estate Management Co., Inc. in July 2019 and is part of the team in developing the commercial property management division at Pater RE. In her spare time Nancy enjoys spending time with her two daughters and three grandchildren.
Heather ColbertSenior Property Manager – Notary Public – REALTOR®
Heather has both a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, and over 20 years of experience in international accounting, financial management, and small business computer systems. Heather started at Pater Real Estate Management Co., Inc. in the Spring of 1997. In addition to listing and showing rental properties, she functions as the MLS head administrator, as well as overseeing and documenting office procedures. As a director of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS®, she is able to stay abreast of the changing real estate market and regulations, especially in the rental market. Heather is a member of the Diversity, RPAC, Education, Nominations, and Community Service committees at GSSBR and was recently installed as the 2021 President-Elect. She is also a Notary Public. An advocate for community involvement, she has served on the Salem High School Parents’ Music Club Board of Directors and the Windham Service Team of Girl Scouts of the Green and White Mountains as Town Cookie Manager. Kristen McNallyResidential Property Manager – Condominium Manager – REALTOR®
Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and Psychology, from Keene State College. She joined our management team in March of 2020 from Charleston, South Carolina! Over the last four years in Charleston, she worked as an Assistant Property Manager for Mid-America Apartment Communities thriving in customer service, accounting, and resident retention. As a licensed agent and property manager, Kristen shows properties, meets with new clients, and communicates daily with our owners and tenants. Kristen also manages our condominium associations. Michael CopelandRental Agent – REALTOR®
Michael has been a Real Estate agent since 1994. While attending Ohio State University, he majored in Business Administration. In addition to his involvement in real estate and retail, Michael has an eclectic background including marketing, designing fabrics and wall coverings, and writing poetry. A published poet and award-winning photographer, he is currently compiling an anthology of his works. Michael joined the Pater Real Estate team in November 2013. Mandy SoucyRental Agent – REALTOR®
Mandy came to Pater Real Estate Management as a rental agent in June 2019. As a 2-year full time Real Estate Agent for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services -Verani Realty, she brings knowledge and experience of sales while learning the intricacies of property management and rentals. Mandy is well schooled in customer service having spent several years as a CS Representative at Eversource. Prior to working at Eversource, Mandy had her own Professional Wedding Photography business, and continues to enjoy photography. Licensed NH Real Estate Salesperson #073318.
Katie BoyleOffice Administrator
Katie joined Pater RE in the fall of 2016. As the front desk associate, Katie greets visitors to the office, schedules appointments, processes rental applications, and performs general office duties. A graduate of Keene State University, Katie majored in Graphic Design and has been overseeing several redecorating projects for our managed properties.
Our Accounting Team
Our accounting team processes all receivable and payables of our managed residential and commercial accounts and maintain the owner and tenant database through Rent Manager software. Our database allows both owners and tenants to login into the portal to access their accounts.
Donna received her associate’s degree in accounting from Franklin Pierce College. She had been an office manager prior to coming to Pater RE and had previously worked for Pater RE for ten years before moving to California. She returned to the accounting department at Pater RE in June 2015. Together with Sue Hewson, she processes all rents, condominium fees, invoices, and owner statements.
Dianna came to Pater RE in the summer of 2019 after many years as a controller for an automotive company. She earned her associate degree from NECC, attended Merrimack College for Accounting and Greek Language, and attended SNHU for business studies. Dianna has tutored adults at NECC who are trying to earn their GED and has volunteered at Adult Learning Center as an ESL instructor. Dianna’s hobbies include making costumes for theatre groups and making beaded bracelets for fund raisers.
Our Maintenance Team
Our reliable maintenance team handles small plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs, as well as, painting, cleaning and lawn maintenance services. We are able to prepare a rental unit for occupancy with minimal vacancy time and respond to maintenance issues 24/7 in a professional and timely way.
Mike DePalmaMaintenance Manager
Mike has 15 plus years’ experience in all aspects property management and maintenance and can handle small plumbing, electrical, carpentry repairs, painting and general property maintenance. Mike is an excellent communicator and keeps owners and tenants informed during maintenance repairs and projects. As a project manager, Mike has coordinated the renovation of a 280-unit condominium community in Hooksett and was able to bring the project to completion on time and on budget. Mike has had the added experience of serving on the Board of Directors for a local condominium association and has held the position as president of the association. Mike has an Associate Degree in Applied Science and is well versed in investor relations and landlord/tenant law. Mike’s interests include the renovation of antique cars.
Patrick RyanSenior Maintenance Technician
Pat is the co-founder of Pater Real Estate Management Co., Inc. and has over 50 years’ experience in construction and over 35 years’ experience in property management. He is skilled in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. He remains active in the company while enjoying semi-retirement.
Mallory PappMaintenance Coordinator
Mallory has prior experience working at the Home Depot Pro Desk and in this capacity, she has assisted contractors in scheduling and building projects. She also worked for a roofing company scheduling roof replacements and ordering materials for the various jobs. Mallory is extremely organized and efficient and as maintenance coordinator, she assists our owners in planning and executing their projects and repair work. She has a Bachelors’ Degree in Science and Biology from Western Connecticut State University. In her spare time, Mallory loves to craft and is especially interested in needlework and embroidery.
